Instructions
  1. Use an immersion blender to mix all of the ingredients together. Continue to whisk for 30-60 seconds to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture to your liking.
  2. Transfer the mix to a small saucepan over low heat. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes or more depending on how thick you like your ketchup. Stir occasionally to avoid burning the sauce.
  3. Spoon out a small amount and sample the flavor. Include more vinegar, salt, or sweetener if necessary. Take out from the heat.
  4. Let sit to cool for a few minutes before putting in the fridge to store. The ketchup can be kept up to 2-3 weeks.
  5. Enjoy as a dip for your favorite dish.
