Instructions
  1. Preheat a large, non-stick grill pan or an electric grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk together oil, mustard, salt, pepper, and basil. Generously brush each steak with this mixture and grill for 10 minutes on both sides, or until browned. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook for 8 minutes, turning often.
