  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. With a sharp knife, make a deep groove on the side of the chicken breast (make a 3-inch pocket, do not cut through).
  2. Mix minced garlic, hot sauce, celery salt, melted butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl then use a brush or hand to season the inside and outside of chicken breast. Keep the remaining sauce mixture for later use.
  3. Fill each chicken breast with cheese. Roll up, tucking ends inside and secure with a toothpick to close the pocket.
  4. Spray the grill pan with olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Place chicken in pan, cooking 5 minutes per side on all sides and edges until chicken is no longer pink. Every time you turn the chicken, use a brush to basically baste and marinate the cooked side with the sauce mixture again for a deepened flavor.

  5. Once fully cooked, remove toothpicks, cut and serve immediately.
