  • 500 g chicken breast skinless, cut in cubes
  • 250 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or an another oil suitable for cooking
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
For the sauce
  • 100 ml sour cream full fat
  • 100 ml chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Sauté the mushrooms in heated oil for about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and put aside.

  2. Drop the minced garlic in the same pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken in the minced garlic. Leave for 7-9 minutes until the meat is almost ready.
  4. Pour the broth into the pan gently.

  5. Stir the cooked mushroom into the chicken. Add the parmesan, sour cream, and ground black pepper into the pan. Mix to combine. Simmer for an additional 1 or 2 minutes.
