Keto Collagen Strawberry Ricotta Parfait
We all adore sweets every now and then and the great news is that you can enjoy desserts on the keto diet.
Who doesn’t love a cold rich dessert made with yogurt, cheese, and fruits, especially if you know it’s healthy and nutritious?
That’s exactly what this incredibly delicate and tasty keto strawberry parfait is about.
Classic parfait is prepared from cream, whipped with sugar and vanilla, and then frozen in a metal form.
We changed the classic recipe so that this dessert doesn’t harm your keto lifestyle but promotes weight loss. You’ll be pleased with its taste and appearance. To make it sugar-free, we use erythritol.
Italian ricotta cheese is taken as a basis which is rich in fats and proteins, at the same time contains a minimum of carbohydrates.
To make it even more nutritious, we use collagen peptides, the vital type of protein, which is simply indispensable for people who truly care about their health.
One of the main ingredients in our parfait is Greek yogurt, which is rich in protein and give it a great taste and texture.
We use strawberries for this particular dish but you can add any type of berries to your liking.
You can also add nuts or other ingredients to taste that are allowed on the keto diet.
The big plus is the time to prepare this dessert. You’ll need only 15 minutes to prepare. After that, all you need is a few hours to chill it in the fridge. Bon appetit!
Add all the ingredients except berries in a blender and blend until smooth. We use Perfect Keto’s Unflavored Collagen for this recipe.
Time to assemble the Parfait: add some strawberry slices to the bottom of a glass, cover them with ricotta mixture, then repeat until everything is used up.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
