Instructions
  1. Place butter and chocolate in a small pan and melt over low heat.
  2. Add vanilla and sweetener and blend together.
  3. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and pour chocolate mixture over it and mix well.
  4. Add sliced macadamia or walnut or almond (optional) and mix about 20 seconds.
  5. Pour into a greased pan and freeze it for 3-5 hours.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy.

You can cut this whole chocolate piece into 24 small pieces so you'll get 24 servings. The fudge can be kept in the freezer and just take it out and leave at room temperature for a few minutes before you eat.
