Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. In a cast iron skillet/casserole dish combine chicken and cheeses and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  3. Just before serving, pour the alcohol on top, light the fire and let the alcohol burn off (optional).
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy!
