Instructions
  1. Chop the washed cauliflower to make small chunks. Soften the pieces by either boiling or steaming for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the water thoroughly and dry the pieces. Transfer to a blender or food processor with all of the remaining ingredients except for the chives. Mix together until smooth and uniform.

  3. Move the blended cauliflower to a baking dish. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

  4. Season with chopped chives and a dash of pepper before serving.
