Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder then add egg and almond flour in. Mix with your hands or with a spoon until you have a consistent blend.

  2. Make 16 small burger balls.

  3. Cut 8 slices of bacon in half and wrap each piece of bacon around each ball.

  4. Place two tablespoons of oil in a nonstick fry pan and place the burger bites in and cook all sides until the bacon is crispy.

  5. When the meat is cooked and become golden on all sides, remove from stove and place the meatballs on a plate.
  6. Cut cheese into small squares and slice jalapeno.
  7. Place a piece of cheese and a piece of jalapeno on each meatball and secure with a toothpick. Since the meatball is still hot, the cheese will melt on the top of it.
  8. Enjoy!
