Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Take a large muffin tin and put one sausage patty in each cup, shaping with a shot glass to line the entire inside.
  3. Evenly divide the avocado and cheese in the cups.
  4. Beat eggs and heavy cream together in a bowl then pour into each cup until cheese and avocado are covered. Top with black pepper to taste.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°; if desired, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until top is browned. Enjoy!
